Introduction:

5×MOPS Electrophoresis Buffer is suitable for RNA formaldehyde‑denaturing gel electrophoresis. This product consists of MOPS, EDTA and other components.

Supplied as a 5× stock solution. It shall be diluted to 1× working solution according to experimental requirements before use.

This product is DEPC‑treated and RNase‑free.

Storage: Store at room temperature, valid for 12 months.

Protocol (for reference only):

1. Dilute to 1× working solution according to experimental requirements prior to use.

2. Preparation of 100 mL 1× working solution: Take 20 mL of 5× MOPS stock solution, and bring the volume to 100 mL with DEPC‑treated water..
