Return Policy

Return refers to the behavior that the product needs to be returned to the warehouse after the product is out of the warehouse, including the customer's failure to sign the receipt, the cancellation of the contract, the quality complaint, and the need to replace the product. For any actual return, you must fill in the [Return Registration Form] for record registration.

1. For non-quality and technical problems, if there is a problem during the transportation of the product, which leads to the need to return or exchange the product, please contact the sales staff directly.

2. For complaints about quality problems, you need to download and fill in the [Complaint Report], send it to the technical service mailbox, and notify the sales staff to receive technical feedback and deal with product problems in a timely manner.

2. Return processing

If the customer needs to return or exchange the product, he should communicate with the salesperson to confirm, and then send the product back after obtaining the approval of the company, and attach the [Return Registration Form], indicating the company name and contact person. Customers need to strengthen the product packaging to avoid damage to the product during transportation. Products that require low temperature should be packaged at low temperature, otherwise the customer will be responsible for the loss.

For the following two return behaviors, the company has the right to return or reject or return, and the company will not be responsible for the loss in case of loss

1. Return the goods without the consent of the company

2. The return has been agreed, and the return registration form has not been mailed with the goods

1. Wansheng Haotian Biological is responsible for the inspection of the product and issue a quality inspection report that meets the standards stipulated in this contract; the product reaches the customer and the quality objection raised by the customer to Wansheng Haotian Biological within 30 days is valid. If the product needs to be returned or exchanged due to product quality problems, the customer should first contact the customer service representative of Wansheng Haotian Biological. Wansheng Haotian will not accept returns without the permission of Wansheng Haotian. If the customer does not raise an objection within the time limit, it will be deemed that the products of Wansheng Haotian meet the customer's requirements, and Wansheng Haotian will not be responsible for it.
2. For the following products, Wansheng Haotian Biological does not accept exchanges or returns from customers, including but not limited to: custom or special order materials, leaked or damaged chemicals, expired reagents, missing labels, refrigerated or frozen products, opened packaging product. If there are special circumstances that really require Wansheng Haotian to return or exchange the goods, the customer should explain the reasons for the return to Wansheng Haotian and obtain the written consent of Wansheng Haotian.
3. If the product is confirmed by Wansheng Haotian Biotechnology to have quality problems, Wansheng Haotian Biological should bear the responsibility for product defect guarantee, and complete the exchange or return of the product within 10 working days. Overdue customers have the right to refuse to pay Wanshenghao. The corresponding amount of the payment from Tianbi. However, the customer needs to provide Wansheng Haotian with the corresponding product inspection report, machine-printed delivery note, original product packaging, etc. to prove that the products to be returned and exchanged are provided by Wansheng Haotian, otherwise Wansheng Haotian Bio has the right to refuse the customer's request for return and exchange.
4. If Wansheng Haotian accepts the customer's request for exchange or return, the customer should submit a written "Product Return and Exchange Notice" (the return order should at least include product name, quantity, specification, item number and other information), Wansheng Haotian Bio should verify within 10 working days of receipt of the customer's return order. If the product is damaged due to customer reasons, Wansheng Haotian Biological is not responsible for return or exchange.
5. Both parties A and B agree that Wansheng Haotian Bio has the right to charge additional fees for any return or exchange except for product quality problems, and Wansheng Haotian has the right to charge a 20% re-storage fee for the returned catalog items, and The minimum charge is not less than RMB 100.

In particular, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
1. For any Wansheng Haotian biological reagent products not sold by Wansheng Haotian Biological Reagent Co., Ltd., the order confirmation shall prevail;
2. Products that have exceeded the above acceptance period;
3. The product has no label, or the label cannot identify whether it belongs to the product of Wansheng Haotian Biological Reagent;
4. The original packaging of the sealed product is opened, and the one-time seal or adhesive strip is damaged (except for quality problems);
5. The product has been used (except for quality problems);
7. The product pictures and information on the website are for reference only and are not quality issues. There may be a color difference between the picture of the product and the real object due to problems such as shooting lighting and chromatic aberration of different monitors.
8. Wansheng Haotian Biological Reagent will not accept the application for return due to false positives caused by the customer's use environment restrictions and the actual situation does not match the customer's description;
9. If the returned product contains gifts, the gifts must be returned together when returning the product;
10. Products stored in refrigerated and frozen transportation;
