Service Introduction: Point-saturation mutation technology is an emerging technology in protein engineering. It transforms the coding gene of the target protein to obtain mutants in which the amino acids of the target site are replaced by 19 other amino acids in a short time. This technology is not only a powerful tool for protein-directed engineering, but also an important means for the study of protein structure-function relationships. We can carry out saturation mutation at a site selected by the customer that is related to a certain function of the protein, obtain the desired protein through screening, and then determine its gene sequence.
Customer provides 1. A DNA plasmid of the gene to be mutated, with an amount greater than 1 μg. 2. Gene sequence and original sequencing map. 3. Information on the vector plasmid where the gene is located.
Final delivery product: 1. One copy of the mutated plasmid, the amount is greater than 1 μg. 2. A strain containing the above plasmid. 3. Sequencing report. 4. Gene Synthesis Report.
