Gene Subcloning

Customer provides:

    1. DNA fragment to be subcloned. It can be a PCR product or a plasmid carrying the target DNA
    2. Subcloning vector or commercial source to purchase the vector

    We perform:

    1. Restriction digestion and ligation

    2. Transformation and cell growth

    3. Plasmid isolation

    4. Screening and Selection of clones

    5. DNA sequencing to verify the insertion
