Introduction:

This product is a 10-fold concentrated RNA sample loading buffer designed for RNA formaldehyde denaturing gel electrophoresis. It facilitates the sinking of RNA samples into the gel wells. The main components include glycerol, EDTA, bromophenol blue, and xylene cyanol. It is treated with DEPC and is RNase-free. Bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol serve as tracking dyes during electrophoresis to indicate the progress of the run.

 

Storage: Store at -20 for 12 months. It is recommended to freeze and store in aliquots to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and to prevent contamination.

 

Protocol (for reference only):

  1. Mix the sample with the loading buffer at a ratio of 9 μL sample to 1 μL Loading Buffer (10×).
  2. After mixing thoroughly, directly load the sample into the wells of the gel and perform electrophoresis.
