Introduction:

5× DNA sample loading buffer is a modified 5-fold concentrated DNA loading buffer. It contains bromophenol blue for visual tracking of DNA migration during electrophoresis. The presence of glycerol ensures the DNA samples to sink to the bottom of the well. This product is mainly composed of bromophenol blue, xylene cyanine FF, Tris-HCl, etc. It needs to be diluted to 1× before use.

Storage: Store at -20°C for one year. It is recommended to freeze and store in aliquots to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Protocol (for reference only):

1. Mix 5× DNA sample loading buffer with your DNA sample with 4:1 ratio.
2. Directly load the sample mixture into the wells of the gel.

Notes:

1. This product is offered in 5× format and it should be diluted into 1× working solution according to the experimental requirements.
