Introduction:

Protein Sample Loading Buffer for Native-PAGE, 5× (No DTT) is a modified protein loading buffer with bromophenol blue as dye and offered at 5× concentration. It can be used to prepare protein samples for nondenaturing gel electrophoresis using native PAGE gels. This product does not contain SDS and DTT.

Storage: Store at -20°C for one year. It is recommended to freeze and store in aliquots to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Protocol (for reference only):

1. Mix Protein Sample Loading Buffer for Native-PAGE with your protein sample with 1:4 ratio.
2. Directly load the sample mixture into the wells of the PAGE gel.
3. The electrophoresis can be stopped when bromophenol blue reaches near the bottom of the PAGE gel.

Notes:

1. This product is offered in 5× format and it should be diluted into 1× working solution according to the experimental requirements.
