Introduction:

Protein Sample Loading Buffer for Blue Native PAGE is a loading buffer used to prepare protein samples for blue native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.

Storage: Store at -20°C for one year. It is recommended to freeze and store in aliquots to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Protocol (for reference only):

1. Thaw the loading buffer at room temperature and shake gently to ensure the buffer is evenly mixed.
2. Mix Protein Sample Loading Buffer for Blue Native PAGE (2×) with your protein sample with 1:1 ratio. This buffer is used for non-denaturing electrophoresis and cannot be heated after mixing with the sample.
3. Gently centrifuge to collect the sample mixture to the bottom of the tube and directly load the sample mixture into the wells of the blue native PAGE gel.

Notes:

1. This product is offered in 2× format and it should be diluted into 1× working solution according to the experimental requirements.
