Introduction:

EZ-ladder Prestained DNA Marker (100-1000 bp) is composed of 10 prestained linear double-stranded DNA fragments, which are stored in 1×Loading Buffer. The bands are dense and require high-concentration gel and low-voltage electrophoresis. It is suitable for accurate confirmation of DNA fragment size. 

500 bp is the highlighted band, and the concentration is 2.5 times that of other bands. In 5 μL of product, the content of each band is about 40 ng, and the highlighted band is about 100 ng.

Electrophoresis condition: 5 μL/lane, 0.5×TBE buffer, 7 V/cm, 45 min.

Storage: 4°C. For long-term storage, please store at -20°C.
