Introduction:

Rainbow Prestained Ultra Low Molecular Weight Protein Marker (2.7-40kDa) is a mixture of nine blue-, red-, and green-stained proteins (25 to 400 kDa) for use as size standards in protein electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and western blotting. Nine clear colored protein bands can be visualized directly in SDS-PAGE gels or transfer membranes, of which 10kDa is a green band, 40kDa is a red bands, and the remaining 7 are blue bands. The protein marker can be used to directly observe protein electrophoresis and clearly judge the transfer effect of western blotting.

Store at -20℃ for one year.

Protocol:

1. The protein ladder is supplied in a ready-to-use format for direct loading onto gels; no need to heat, reduce, or add sample buffer prior to use.
2. Load 5 μL of protein marker for each lane.

Notes:

1. 
   This protein marker contains SDS and is not suitable for native electrophoresis.
2. It is recommended to aliquot and store in 20 μL/tube after opening to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
3. For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
