Introduction:

TriColor Prestained Broad Molecular Weight Protein Marker (10-180kDa) is a mixture of ten blue-, red-, and green-stained proteins (10 to 180 kDa) for use as size standards in protein electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and western blotting. Ten clear colored protein bands can be visualized directly in SDS-PAGE gels or transfer membranes, of which 25kDa is a green band, 72kDa is a red band, and the remaining 8 are blue bands. The protein marker can be used to directly observe protein electrophoresis and clearly judge the transfer effect of western blotting.

Store at -20℃ for one year.

Protocol:

1. The protein ladder is supplied in a ready-to-use format for direct loading onto gels; no need to heat, reduce, or add sample buffer prior to use.
2. Load 5 μL of protein marker for each lane.
