Introduction:

40% Acr-Bis (19:1) is an aqueous solution containing 40% acrylamide-bisacrylamide in a 19:1 ratio of acrylamide to bisacrylamide. 40% Acr-Bis (19:1) is commonly used to prepare acrylamide gels, including SDS-PAGE gels, etc., which can be used for protein or nucleic acid separation.
