Introduction:

Green Dye for PAGE Stacking Gel (200×, without Migration) is a dye used to prepare green polyacrylamide upper gels, which can make the protein loading wells clear at a glance, easy to load, and easy to judge whether the loading wells are distorted or damaged. This dye does not migrate with electrophoresis.

The green dye can stably exist in the upper gel (also known as stacking gel), and will not enter the separating gel with electrophoresis, and will not affect the electrophoresis and staining effects. It is very convenient to identify and excise the stacking gel after electrophoresis, which is helpful for subsequent experiments such as transfer of the separating gel.

Storage: Store at 4°C for one year. Store at -20℃ for two years.

1. Due to the special physical properties of this dye, precipitation may occur during storage. It can be used normally after being properly inverted and mixed before use.
