Introduction:

EZ-ladder Accurate DNA Marker (50-1000 bp) is composed of 14 linear double-stranded DNA fragments, which are stored in 1×Loading Buffer. The bands are dense and require high-concentration gel and low-voltage electrophoresis. It is suitable for accurate confirmation of DNA fragment size.

250 bp and 500 bp are the highlighted bands, and the concentration is 2.5 times that of other bands. In 5 μL of product, the content of each band is about 40 ng, and the highlighted band is about 100 ng.

Electrophoresis condition: 5 μL/lane, 0.5×TBE buffer, 7 V/cm, 60 min.

Storage: 4°C. For long-term storage, please store at -20°C.
