Introduction:

EZ-ladder Accurate DNA Marker (100-2000 bp) is composed of 15 linear double-stranded DNA fragments, which are stored in 1×Loading Buffer. The bands are dense and require high-concentration gel and low-voltage electrophoresis. It is suitable for accurate confirmation of DNA fragment size.

500 bp and 1200 bp are the highlighted bands, and the concentration is 2.5 times that of other bands. In 5 μL of product, the content of each band is about 50 ng, and the highlighted band is about 125 ng.

Electrophoresis condition: 5 μL/lane, 1×TAE buffer, 7 V/cm, 45 min.

Storage: 4°C. For long-term storage, please store at -20°C.
