Introduction:

 EZ-ladder Normal DNA Marker (500-8000 bp) is composed of 6 linear double-stranded DNA fragments, which are stored in 1×Loading Buffer. The bands have a wide range and large spacing, and are suitable for determining the size of a wide range of DNA fragments.

The DNA Marker has several bands of different concentrations and can be used for semi-quantification of DNA sample concentration. In 5 μL of product, the content of each band is shown in the data shown on the right.

Electrophoresis condition: 5 μL/lane, 1×TAE buffer, 7 V/cm, 45 min.

Storage: 4°C. For long-term storage, please store at -20°C.
