Introduction:

 EZ-ladder Normal DNA Marker (250-12000 bp) is composed of 13 linear double-stranded DNA fragments, which are stored in 1×Loading Buffer. The bands have a wide range and large spacing, and are suitable for determining the size of a wide range of DNA fragments.

1500 bp and 4000bp are the highlighted bands, and the concentration is 2.5 times that of other bands. In 5 μL of product, the content of each band is about 40 ng, and the highlighted band is about 100 ng.

Electrophoresis condition: 5 μL/lane, 1×TAE buffer, 7 V/cm, 45 min.

Storage: 4°C. For long-term storage, please store at -20°C.
