Introduction:
TAE buffer (Tris- Acetate -EDTA Buffer) is a commonly used DNA electrophoresis buffer, commonly used in agarose gels, less used for PAGE gels. When the resolution requirement of electrophoresis is not high, both TAE and TBE can be used. When the resolution requirements are relatively high, TAE is suitable for electrophoresis of lower concentration gels to improve the resolution of large molecular weight nucleic acids, and on the contrary, TBE is used to improve the resolution of small molecular weight nucleic acid with the use of higher concentration gels.
This product is a pre-mixed powder: no need to weigh or adjust the pH value, each pack can be directly dissolved and mixed into a 1 L 50× storage solution. It must be dissolved in distilled water or deionized water to prepare 1× or 0.5× working concentration according to specific experimental requirements before use.
Storage: Store at room temperature for 24 months.
