Introduction:

Protease and Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail (10×) is suitable for the extraction of proteins from animal cells or tissues, which can maintain protein phosphorylation to the greatest extent, and is often used in the study of protein kinase activity and signal transduction in animal cells or tissues. It is a mixture of various protease phosphatase inhibitors.

Storage: Store at -20°C away from light, valid for 12 months.

Protocol:

1. Vortex the bottle before use to ensure a homogeneous suspension.
2. Immediately before use, add 100 µL of the protease and phosphatase inhibitor cocktail per milliliter of sample directly to the cell lysis buffer or extract to produce a 1× final concentration.
