Introduction:

Western Primary Antibody Dilution Buffer can be used for the dilution and preparation of primary antibodies in western blotting. Primary antibodies prepared with Western Primary Antibody Diluent Buffer can be stored at 4°C for 6 months and can be used repeatedly.

Storage: Store at 4°C, valid for 6 months.

Protocol (for reference only):

1. According to the instructions of the primary antibody and the content of the target protein in the sample, dilute the primary antibody with the dilution buffer in an appropriate ratio (e.g., 1:1000, 1:500, etc.).
2. Directly used for membrane incubation. After a western blot, the diluted antibody can be recovered and stored at 4°C for next use.

Notes:

1. In order to enable the antibody to be used repeatedly, it is recommended to carry out the binding reaction of the primary antibody and membrane at 4°C to slow down the decay rate of the primary antibody.
