Introduction:

Western Secondary Antibody Dilution Buffer can be used for the dilution and preparation of secondary antibodies in western blotting. Secondary antibodies prepared with Western Secondary Antibody Diluent Buffer can be reused 3 to 4 times within 1 to 2 weeks.

Storage: Store at 4°C, valid for 6 months.

Protocol (for reference only):

1. According to the instructions and the titer of the secondary antibody and the content of the target protein in the sample, dilute the secondary antibody with the dilution buffer in an appropriate ratio (e.g., 1:1000, 1:500, etc.).
2. Directly used for membrane incubation. After a western blot, the diluted antibody can be recovered and stored at 4°C for next use. Generally, it can be reused 3-4 times within 1-2 weeks.

Notes:

1. In order to enable the antibody to be used repeatedly, it is recommended to carry out the binding reaction of the secondary antibody and membrane at 4°C to slow down the decay rate of the secondary antibody.
