Introduction:

WSHT's Precast Gels Plus (Bis-Tris) are precast polyacrylamide gels with high-performance and better band resolution. By combining with MOPS or MES running buffer, you can realize the separation of medium and large size or small molecular weight proteins under non-denaturing or denaturing conditions.

• Automated gel casting technology can ensure stability and repeatability.
• Coated plastic plate can effectively reduce the non-specific adsorption of protein and make the protein band sharper and clearer.
• Electrophoresis can be completed in 40-50 min if under 150 V voltage.
• Gel cassettes can be easily opened with the Gel Opener.
• Precast Gels Plus do not contain SDS. Compatible with denaturing and native electrophoresis.
• Compatible with mainstream mini electrophoresis tanks on the market, such as Bio-Rad, Tanon and Junyi Dongfang, etc.
• Precast Gels Plus are available in different acrylamide concentrations, including gradient gels. We have 10%,12% ,15%and 4-15% ,4-20% 8-16%,8-20% of separating gels. Customized services for special concentrations are also available.

Note: For samples treated with Fluorescent Loading Buffer (Catalog #:ES008), protein bands can be observed directly under UV light or LED light without stripping the gel and without the need for staining and destaining.
