Introduction:

WSHT's GLASS Gels (UREA-TBE PAGE) are safe and convenient denaturing precast polyacrylamide gels for the analysis and purification of single-stranded DNA or RNA of 20–800 bases in length. It is ideal for synthetic oligonucleotide analysis and purification, RNase protection assays, in vitro transcription studies, and Northern blotting experiments.

• Automated gel casting technology can ensure stability and repeatability.
• Gel cassettes can be easily opened with the Gel Knife, simply push the Gel Knife gently through each side of the gel cassette.
• Compatible with mainstream mini electrophoresis tanks on the market, such as Bio-Rad, Tanon and Junyi Dongfang, etc.
• Resolving single-stranded DNA oligos or RNA into sharp, straight bands.
• GLASS Gels (UREA-TBE PAGE) are available in different acrylamide concentrations. We have 5%, 10%, 15% of separating gels. Customized services for special concentrations are also available.
