Introduction:

WSHT's GLASS Gels (Tris-Acetate) are precast polyacrylamide gels with high-performance and better band resolution. It’s designed for optimal separation and resolution of proteins with high molecular weight. Large sized proteins are usually compressed into a narrow region at the top of the gel, better resolution can be achieved with Tris-Acetate Gel.

• Effectively separate large sized proteins with molecular weight of 40-500 kD.
• Automated gel casting technology can ensure stability and repeatability.
• Glass plate can effectively reduce the non-specific adsorption of protein and make the protein band sharper and clearer.
• Electrophoresis can be completed in 60 min if under 150 V voltage.
• Gel cassettes can be easily opened with the Gel Knife, simply push the Gel Knife gently through each side of the gel cassette.
• No SDS in GLASS Gel, compatible with denaturing and native electrophoresis.
• Compatible with mainstream mini electrophoresis tanks on the market, such as Bio-Rad, Tanon and Junyi Dongfang, etc.
