Introduction:

Enhanced RIPA Lysis Buffer is a classic cell lysis reagent that rapidly lyses cells and tissues to obtain total protein with greater lysis strength than NP-40 Lysis Buffer and Medium RIPA Lysis Buffer. The obtained protein can be used for western blotting, Immunol Precipitation (IP) and other applications. Enhanced RIPA Lysis Buffer (without inhibitors) is mainly composed of Tris, NP-40, sodium deoxycholate, etc., and does not contain protease and phosphatase inhibitors.
